About Me
Who I Am: Well, I have a degree in Business Administration and have worked in the banking sector for over 14 years. For the past 10 years, I've worked with medium and large companies, with revenues ranging from R$3 million to R$100 million. I have extensive experience dealing with high-net-worth clients and also leading teams—I've managed as many as 42 people at a time, so leadership is a strong part of my profile. I'm very organized, strategic, and enjoy taking on challenges. But beyond the professional aspect, I also value self-awareness. I was raised by my great-grandmother, and this has shaped who I am today. I've gone through difficult times in life, but I've learned to transform pain into strength and I move forward, always striving to grow, not only as a professional but as a human being.
