The thesis statement should include reasons for your position with supporting evidence. Make your claims (a single statement of opinion or fact), and then give some explanation as to why you think/believe that in relation to your work plan/life.

Make your Philosophy of Work Statement brief and well-written, 3 pages in length.
1. Use a narrative, first-person approach. 
2. Make it specific rather than abstract. Ground/Support your ideas in 1-2 concrete examples, whether experienced or anticipated. This will help the reader and you to better imagine yourself in that position.
3.Be sincere and unique and humble. Mean what you say.
4.Revise. Philosophies of work should evolve with you. As you gain more experience both with work and with people, your philosophy will likely adjust to better reflect your current state.
