• Read the Harvard case, Lisa Benton (A). Focus on person fit concepts.
• Diagnose the problem. Consider these questions:
  • Did Lisa Benton perform proper "due diligence" in deciding between working at Right-Away Stores and Houseworld? What were her priorities?
  • How good is the fit between (a) Lisa Benton and (b) the position and organization? Between Benton and her supervisor? Her associates? Her work group?
