Performance appraisals are tools that are frequently used to assess one’s own performance for the year. Organizations often use these tools for raises and to let the employees know how they are performing. For this assignment, you will conduct a performance appraisal on yourself assessing both your strengths and weaknesses.

• Write a 2 page essay describing the performance appraisal system in your organization. After completing the research in the performance appraisal process and describing your performance appraisal, write an honest performance appraisal for yourself based on your work performance. Attach a copy of the filled-out performance appraisal with your assessment. If you do not currently work for a company, research a company that has a robust system and use their performance appraisal as an example.
