Nineteen years later, serving the Lord, growing in faith, learning every day from our mistakes, and enjoying God's love for us. People living close to each other are also more likely to commit crimes against one another due to proximity. In most cases, however, proximity is what prompts liking. (Myers, 2014)

We believe that social animals benefit from this retained habit. According to our observation of a group of macaques, close partners are more likely to maintain behavioral synchrony, which is conducive to the group's survival. (Yu-Heng, 2022)
