Each entry of an annotated bibliography consists of two parts:

– A citation that gives the exact information in the proper format (MLA) needed to locate the material

– An annotation is written as a brief paragraph (12 - 15 sentences) following the citation. This paragraph includes a brief summary, your evaluation, and a discussion of how the source will be used in your paper.
