MUST USE TWO ACADEMIC SCHOLARLY RESOURCES!!

Do you ever find yourself noticing that some of the people that you know are extremely creative, expressive, and intuitive while others seem to have strengths at being logical, analytical, and enjoy “crunching numbers”? You may even wonder which of these individuals you are more like.  Carlson examines one biologically based theory that may define these differences, i.e., the concept of lateralization and the different hemispheres of the brain. 

• Prepare a  2 to 3 pages page paper that addresses the following:
  • Define lateralization in your own words
  • Discuss the specialization for each hemisphere
  • Explain whether you identify as more “right brain” or “left brain” and provide examples
  • Discuss what allows both hemispheres of the brain to communicate with each other
