Objective 2: Describe the procedure from accusation to sentencing.

In order to be able to fully understand Corrections, a person needs to understand the procedure someone goes through from the time he or she is arrested until sentencing. First is the arrest and booking, then the person is bound out or he or she must stay as an inmate until the sentencing hearing. Once sentenced, a person has to serve out their sentence, according to what the judge orders.
