Each online meeting has a set of language interpretation needs, and interpreters are assigned to each meeting according to the languages spoken in the meeting.

Currently, GM&I’s scheduling operations are supported by a legacy system that runs on desktops Windows operating system. The GM&I staff access the legacy application via a shared folder. Because of the nature of desk top applications, the GM&I scheduling system is not accessible via a browser, and this   puts limitations on the GM&I staff, when they are travelling and would like to access the scheduling system. The database of the scheduling system is not accessible to their legacy database globally as well. The database of the scheduling system can only be reached by the users in the GM&I building. GM&I is looking to improving their scheduling system and migrate their system to a Web Application where their database be accessible via web as well. They need new/improved database and new web accessible scheduling system which is connected to the database.

  • Users should be able to use the system easily
