Your paper should explain your understanding of the topic—e.g. what it is/how it works.  Any options you found that various organizations might use.  

include a discussion of the advantages and disadvantages associated with that type of compensation.  Consider what business problem might be solved by implementing that type of compensation.  

Also, consider the costs.
