Question

If I fail the FSA but have really good grades do I pass or do I fail

Answer

When my friend was in 8th grade, he failed literally every single one of her classes.
Not in a “he worked hard but just didn’t catch on as quickly as everyone else” kind of way. No, he was the one kid who sat around and did jack shit all class. I don’t think he turned in a single English assignment all year. He wouldn’t do anything for her other classes unless they forced her to. He wouldn’t even do her standardized tests.
He clearly should have stayed back. But he didn’t. He was accepted into 9th grade. He still refuses to do her work, but unlike in middle school, he will actually have to stay back (or do extra classes during study periods or summer classes) to make those credits up. There is no passing someone for the sake of passing them in high school.
However, in 9th grade, you will have to pass all of your classes to move on.In this case, you'll probably pass.
