Course project

Question

Upload of your rough Power Point Presentation to the Course Shell. Make sure to review the detailed requirements for this assignment outlined in the Modules tab titled “Course Project Overview”. Once again my sneaky way to make sure you are reviewing everything you need to do for this project! FYI: The rough draft submitted today does not need the narration, if you are going to do some. Week 8's submission will, if you chose to narrate, but remember, only a minimal amount of narration is allowed.

Reminder: This week you are presenting a partially summarized version of your project.

The assignment should consist of a presentable and entertaining presentation Power Point. You can use pictures, clipart, graphs, video’s, minimal amount of narration of the slides or anything you think that will make your presentation interesting.
Use only enough slides to explain the cases and/or articles (no less than 10). Your presentation should include a summary of the relevant facts, a listing of the law (PER OUR BOOK), a quick slide on how the judges decided the case and your opinions on the result of the case. You do not have to agree on the outcome of the case. In fact, it might be more interesting if your opinions differed. (You may do a more complete presentation if you like, but make sure you review your project before submitting in week 8!)
Keep the slides brief and
Make sure to cite references. You must give credit where credit is due. I would put the references on the last slide. But you can do whatever you like.
Last but not least, identify what changes or recommendations your team would present to your chosen corporation if the matters mentioned within the cases/articles occurred while you worked there. How would your team have avoided these lawsuits!
