0.5 = m / V(Exterior)
0.5 = m / 9.0^3 * 4/3 * pi
1526.81 g = m
 
V(metal) = V(Exterior) - V(Interior)
V(metal) = 9.0^3 * 4/3 * pi - 8.0^3 * 4/3 * pi
V(metal) = 908.97 cm^3
 
Density (Metal) = m / V(metal)
Density (Metal) = 1526.81 g / 908.97 cm^3
Density (Metal) = 1.68 g/cm^3
 
a) m = 1526.81 g
b) density = 1.68 g/cm^3
