Revise Sap letter

Question

Can someone revise my SAP Appeal Letter..using the suggestions my academic advisor suggested?...Go through and answering every questions to the best of your ability. For example, in section 3 other than not procrastinating what other new study habits do you plan to implement? Also, make sure to include your weekly schedule to complete the recommended 15 hours of academic study. It’s important to space your academic study hours throughout the week to complete assignments such as your initial disscussion posts on time.

Section 1.

Over the course of the school year, I found myself to be unsuccessful due to the following reasons. Firstly, I failed to find the right balance of my time between school and my job, and because of this, it reflected poorly on my academics. I avoided sitting down and actually developing a plan that would be beneficial to managing my time every day of the week because at the time, I didn’t think it was necessary. Secondly, I failed to seek help when I was having trouble in a subject. Instead of making time to go to the learning center and seek assistance from teachers and peers, I procrastinated and never got around to getting the help I needed to be successful in the subject. Lastly, what I believe ultimately led to my downfall in my grades boils down to the poor study habits I had at the time. Days leading up to an exam, I’d put off studying just because I thought I could retain all the beneficial information I needed to know the day before.

Section 2.

What I believe that has changed in my life that will allow me to perform better in my academics for the foreseeable future is the new habits I plan to implement. I plan to reach out more to my peers and professors for assistance as soon as I find that I need it to move forward in whatever I find myself doing (projects/assignments). I plan to tackle assignments as soon as I get them and also study over notes I take in class each day to familiarize myself with the material as we learn about it.

Section 3.

To attain academic success, I will have to earn at least a C average to pass each class to return to good standing. However, although that is the bare minimum, I will strive to do better, as I believe my new plan of action will allow me too. As I have stated before, in order to do well in every class, I will have to stick to the new study habits I plan to implement. I have to stop thinking that I can procrastinate in some subjects just because I believe I can complete the assignments in a short amount of time. By realizing this, I can move forward in the classes that I need to retake and make sure that my next attempt at them will be my last. In regards to how I will more effectively manage my time for the future, since I mostly work weekdays, I will devote the time I have over the weekends to study and complete assignments. To ensure that I don’t completely ruin my social life, I will see if studying alongside peers is beneficial for me.

Section 4.

To ensure that I don’t fail again in my academics, I plan to fully utilize the different tutoring services that are offered at school. I will try to make it a habit of attending the tutoring lab right after I leave a math or science related class for the day. This way, the material will still be fresh on my mind and I’ll be able to identify what topics I am currently struggling with. Another issue that I never addressed but that I plan to fix is one that I had with internet. Whenever I had a technical problem, I put off doing what I had to instead of finding another solution and getting back on track. If I find myself in a similar situation in the future, I will make plans to go to the library and use the computers there to complete anything that requires internet.
