Answer
1. If I have Attention Deficit Trait (ADT) rather than Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) then a calm break (excluding any alteration relevant with nutritional, sleep, and physical action pattern) may improve my focus and consequently can reduce my symptoms related with lack of awareness.
2. Validity of above experiment could be ensured with the help of a control situation in which, I should be asked to read and memorize sequential definitions from a standard dictionary within identical time-frame (30 minutes) but under usual circumstances (means; in routine- life without a break), reduced number of memorized definitions (under usual situation) in comparison to those remembered during vacation can confirm the soundness of trial and vice-versa.
