I am having trouble understanding a few concepts in my Biology class and we have a test coming up soon (Monday). I would like to be able to understand them well enough to pass.

Concepts I am having trouble with are as follows:

• Transcription and translation in terms of DNA, RNA, and polypeptides.
• Where each of the previously mentioned occur in a cell.
• The effects of polypeptide amino sequencing resulting from base substitutioon and base deletion.

Any help would be much appreciated. I am looking for descriptions of each. If I have further questions I will let you know. I haven't found anything on google that is clicking for me. Thank you so much, in advance!
