To lead others one must first know themselves. Effective leadership requires one to understand their different personality traits and interpersonal skills. The best leaders harness the power of the individual members of the team and let their skills and abilities contribute to organizational outcomes. Therefore, one must learn about themselves to be able to lead others, work effectively and find personal and organizational success.

In this assignment, you will be introduced to the Myers Briggs Typology Indicator (MBTI) and the different aspects of MBTI and how it relates to you. At the conclusion of this assignment, you should know your MBTI typology and understand how that typology impacts your leadership
