In your initial response to the topic you have to answer all questions.

1) Identify three small businesses in the your local economy. What is the primary product and/or service for each? What drives the success from your point of view?

2) Identify the various forms of business organization and describe characteristics of each. Note: business organization refers to the type of legal entity (partnership, corporation, LLC, and others).  

3) Suppose that a group of CPAs wants to start their own accounting firm. What organizational form would they most likely choose, and why? Consider liability protection and financial arrangements that a professional services firm such as CPAs would most likely desire.
