Objective 3: Analyze the relationship between justice and inequality in policy formation and execution In Week One, we explored how, while social policies are created to help, there are many who will not be helped as the program originally intended, and even those that will be adversely affected by policy requirements or outcomes. As we do not have access to unlimited funds to serve everyone equally, we need to promote programs that seek to do the greatest good while keeping in mind the limited available resources. Understanding policy elements allows us to not only better articulate the goals of certain policies, but clearly identify objectives and weigh and measure outcomes to better determine if the propose of the program is being realized.
