I choose Victorias secret as my brand. 


Objective:
Choose a real company that could use your PR expertise to freshen up their image (example: their
brand/product isn’t as popular as it used to be; you think they should reach a new demographic, or
you just think this company/brand should be promoting better). Your project is to include a clear
outline of a PR Plan including the new message you are promoting and the following (but not limited
to):
• Research: Which research methods would you use/propose they use? Why did you choose
them? Select at least 2 research methods.
• Action Planning – Include all 7 elements we’ve discussed. (Special instructions for some of
the elements include: Tactics – use at least 2 tactics that DO NOT include social media; 1
extra tactic CAN be social media; Budget –$20K max (you don’t have to spend it all but this is
the max you can use); Timeline – 3 months clearly outlined with all activities
• Communication – What form of communication will you use to reach your audience? Who will
be your spokesperson? What is your main message(s)? Which types of media outlets will you
target and why? Specify at least 3 traditional media outlets, including name of each outlet
-- newspaper, magazine, radio, television.
• Evaluation – What sources would you use to evaluate the campaign if it were real? How will
you evaluate the success of the campaign if it were real? This shouldn’t include any fabricated
data. 

*Important note: Advertising examples should not be used so make sure to think outside of the box
with your ideas –
