What does the Wheeler Lee Act say about this situation?  Tell me in your own words what the Act is and how it would or would not apply.

NOW:

Pretend you are an owner of a corporation.  As a corporation, would you want a customer to validate their purchase in order to apply your warranty?  Don't people buy items for others?  The purchaser isn't necessarily the end-user right?  But what about washing machines and dishwashers....when you sell your house, is the warranty still applicable?
