Purpose:
The purpose of this module is to have you examine the challenges involved with managing subordinates’ performance, delegating, building effective relationships with peers and bosses, and learning new leadership skills. Many new managers struggle with these challenges, which must be mastered before they will be trusted to take on projects of greater scope and scale. Thus, this case focuses on how individuals learn to leave. Objectives include:
